ah77 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Site") operates an online gaming and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its users.

By accessing ah77, participating in any game, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and have agreed to comply with them. These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and have been prepared with Bangladeshi law and users in mind.

Other important documents relating to the Platform — such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines — shall be considered part of these Terms. Together, all such documents form the complete agreement between the user and ah77.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at ah77, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a violation of the Platform's policy.

2.2 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone — no ah77 representative will ever ask for your password.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us right away.

2.3 Identity Verification

ah77 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required. Withdrawal requests may remain pending until account verification is complete.

ah77 strictly enforces its age policy. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only.

Age Restriction: No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or use any of its services. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use this platform:

  • Those who reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
  • Those who are banned from gaming by court order.
  • Those whose accounts have previously been closed by ah77.
  • Officers, employees of ah77, and their immediate family members.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ah77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and no liability will be held for their return.

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Deposited funds must come only from your own account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.
  • Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally reflected in the account within a few minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ah77 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 grants the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each bonus offer may be used only once.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • ah77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • Additional terms may apply to the use of bonuses in specific games or sections.

5.4 VIP Program

ah77's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%; Diamond — up to 1.0%. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy special benefits at each level.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at ah77 are considered final. A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. ah77 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed in the sports section, the outcome of a bet will be determined only after the official announcement of the match result. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Specific markets and terms for each sport will be displayed in the relevant game section.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are powered by software from established game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is independent and random — previous results do not influence future results.

ah77 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
  • Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Sharing accounts with other users or running group betting operations.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ah77's infrastructure or systems.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and applicable legal action may be taken.

8.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any existing balance may be withdrawn, but unused bonuses will be cancelled. A self-exclusion request may also be made as part of responsible gaming.

8.2 Suspension by ah77

ah77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

If you believe your account has been closed in error, please contact the support team.

ah77 is always working to provide a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Loss caused by unauthorized third parties (where no failure to prevent it occurred on our part).
  • Loss resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Force majeure events — natural disasters, national emergencies, etc.

In any circumstance, ah77's total liability shall not exceed the actual amount of funds in the user's account at that time.
